It's hard to believe that Alex is now 12 years old. He celebrated by having a party with 7 of his closest friends. They had a blast playing basketball and (non-video) games at our house. Alex's favorite fast food is Subway, so they had that for dinner. You may wonder why he got a box of Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal for his Birthday. Well it's his favorite and much to expense to buy on a regular basis. So his birthday is about the only time he gets it. He is like his dad in sooo many ways. One being that they both love donuts and german chocolate cake. He's an awesome kid and I'm so proud of him.
